Methodology of coordinate system setup for optical measuring device Pontos
Volek, Aleš ; Drápela, Miloslav (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
The graduation thesis deals with invention of detailed definition of the coordinate system for Pontos system. The solution is based on suitable localization method of the point on a car body, whose coordinates are known from CAD data. First part of the thesis describes the design of adapter which determines the reference point. Software solution is presented in second part. Contribution of the work and accuracy of the method are discussed in the end.
Verifikation of machine component strain
Novák, Tomáš ; Dočkal, Aleš (referee) ; Drápela, Miloslav (advisor)
The thesis deals with a comparative analysis of strain of parts using finite element method (FEM) and measurement of the optical system Pontos. Part was used the reflector of Volkswagen Polo. The subject of comparing were the values of deviations optical shield of reflector which excitation random vibration described power spectral density. The thesis presented describes of experimental measurements to obtain the boundary conditions using optical systems. FEM analysis was performed using software ANSYS Workbench 12.
Multiparametric diagnostics of high-speed machine
Bowyer, Matouš ; Harčarík, Matej (referee) ; Jankových, Róbert (advisor)
The goal of the thesis was applying multiparametric diagnostics to determine the state and wear of a high-speed milling machine. In the theoretical section, selected areas of multiparametric diagnostics have been described as well as a significant focus on vibrodiagnostics. The chosen methods for the practical section were incorporated into the group “metrological diagnostics”. Several different types of measurements have been performed on the designed test piece. The measurements were analyzed and lead to these specific results: a drawing of the test piece, a structured methodology for evaluating the test piece, recommendations for diagnostics of the specific machine, and proposals for the future development of the field of metrological diagnostics.
